La nave BA64 è la nave più antica dell’Islanda, risale infatti al periodo del Titanic.

Il nome originario di questa nave era Globe IV e fu costruita in Norvegia. Venne utilizzata per molti anni come nave da pesca Nel 1981 la nave venne considerata non sicura e quindi si decise di “mandarla in pensione” e venne abbandonata all’interno di un fiordo.

 

Come arrivare

La nave si trova lungo una strada nei fiordi dell’Ovest. La strada è raggiungibile tranquillamente anche con auto tradizionali. Si può parcheggiare anche nei pressi della nave
